Doug Goff is the lead instructor at Protector CCW and Firearms Training.  Doug has spent the last 30 years, protecting this nation, 4 years in the US Navy, and 26 years as a Federal Agent with the U.S. Border Patrol.  Doug began instructing firearms in 2001 and learned from the best instructors in U.S. law enforcement. Doug taught firearms to hundreds of new agents at the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico from 2005 to 2006.  He has been a competitive shooter in multiple disciplines such as Police Pistol Combat, Bianchi Cup Action Pistol, Steel Challenge, and USPSA.  Doug has earned the NRA PPC Distinguished Shooter medals in both Semi-Automatic Pistol and Revolver.  Doug is ranked as a High Master in both Semi Auto and Revolver in PPC.  He is a California DOJ Firearms Instructor, USBP Firearms Instructor, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services Firearms Instructor, and a California CCW Firearms Instructor.
